Wash Them

In order to remove the grime, thoroughly wet each tire with a garden hose. From there, evenly spray a degreaser on each tire. Make sure the degreaser covers the entire tire. Allow the dressing to sit on the tires for about 45 minutes before taking a microfiber cloth and kneading the mixture into the rubber. Knead the dressing into the rubber by working your hands in a clockwise motion. Lastly, allow the tires to air-dry.
